We are currently seeking a Production Associate II for our
Nashville, TN location.

Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday -- Friday, 8:00 -- 5:00, Days and/or hours may
vary and/or subject to change based on client need.
Job Description:
The Production Associate II will oversee the file management,
communication, and revenue of the Loan Officer and/or Production Associate III.
The Production Associate II will be in direct communication with Clients,
Realtors, Builders, and Business Partners. This position requires time
management, precise communication and have working knowledge of all major
investors and their guidelines.
Essential Functions Include:
Sends list of items needed for loan application appointment with
Loan Officer or Production Associate III.
Enters and prepares loan application and disclosures in system
to ensure it is within compliance guidelines.
Prepares pre-qualification/pre-approval/commitment letters.
Attends functions with Loan Officer, when required.
Locks loans through system per Loan Officer/Production Associate
III instructions.
Researches all investor guidelines and is up-to-date in any and
all changes that affect the processing or originating of loans in pipeline.
Clears any conditions that require communication to clients or
referring partners.
Responsible for cancellations and withdrawals on files not in
processing.
Maintains up-to-date pipelines and lead tracker at all times.
Must maintain regular attendance.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of mortgage processing, underwriting, originating,
or a combination of all aspects preferred.
Must be able to work 40 hours a week during normal business
hours.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
Must be proficient in Desktop Underwriter/Desktop Originator,
Loan Prospector, and Originations systems.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a positive attitude and maintain professionalism.
Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal
supervision.
Must be proficient with major correspondent and wholesale
channels and their guidelines, including their websites and pricing engines.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
