The estate, known as Eagles Rest Farm, was completed in 2002 for Gary and Portia Baker, for whom Bakers Bridge in Cool Springs is named.

Architect Scott Wilson designed the home in a Georgian style with Greek Revival elements and it was constructed by Tennessee Valley Homes. Eagles Rest Farm has four floors encompassing six bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, 12-foot ceilings downstairs, 11-foot ceilings upstairs, bath areas in the master suite, and a formal dining room that seats 16. Several of the bedrooms feature breakfast bars and sitting rooms.
